Public Entity Insurance Program

• AFN Insurance Brokers Inc. offers First Nations a "Public Entity" Insurance Program that is underwritten by Major International Insurers that specialize in this form of Coverage

• We recognized that First Nation Communities require a similar type of insurance program that other non-First Nation Public Entities have been protected with for years.

• Coverage provided includes for example "Public Officials or Public Management Liability" which is designed specifically for Public Entities such as First Nation Governments.

• There are many other coverage enhancements available such as Band Legal Expense, Builder's Risk Protection, Environmental Impairment Liability, Healthcare Professional Liability - all of which are offered with our First Nation Programs.

Housing Insurance Program

• In association with our Public Entity Coverage Programs we provide coverage for First Nation Housing.  We can provide separate Housing Policies with various Insurers, but made to compliment our Public Entity Programs - to provide all round coverage that you may need with only the most reputable and financially stable of markets that are appropriately licensed in Canada.

Commercial Business Insurance

• Specifically designed Comprehensive Insurance Policies for individual First Nation Owned Businesses are available that provide all the necessary coverage to ensure that a business and its assets are adequately protected from a sudden & accidental loss.  We do an individual risk assessment of each individual business to suggest coverage that would provide proper protection in event of numerous types of loss.
